It's Wednesday and I said Tuesday is blog day. I flaked out. I don't know how I end up so being exhausted after work when I'm just in front of the computer *facepalm. And I have also been neglecting my fitness goals. I just want to have a long complete 9-hour sleep. And yup, let's … Continue reading Flaked Out

But I won't settle for that. Instead of spending my time over-thinking which is not helpful for my … Continue reading Commitment to Jumbogurl

And though we only placed 6th out of 20 teams from different countries all over the world, the experience itself is something I'll always cherish. It may have not been caught on cam but my favorite part was when all teams were finished, and us being included in the last heat, we were one of those who went back to our tents last. But it wasn't a sad walk back to the tent and was actually when I felt most alive, forgetting how tired I was as we were not lucky enough to get in from first heat causing us to repechage. The teams lined up and though not all of us understood each other, it didn't need subtitles or understanding, we were all 'high-fiving' each other, cheering on, congratulating, thanking one another for a fight well-fought. I have been urging to write about how life was going on lately here on my blog for the longest time. There are moments when I just want to write genuinely about how I feel not really caring if anyone notices it just cause of a sudden burst of feelings lol Half of the year … Continue reading 1/2 2017
I could have chosen a better featured image but this was the only photo with the people I spent most of the night with. Excuse all the mess I made but Jumbogurl ain't sober that night haha! After the race last March, I had time to put myself out there again. Though I didn't know … Continue reading Backyard
At first, I was jittery because of all these common feeling first-timers would feel like dying underwater, running out of air or coming across a Megalodon. HAHAHA. But then, I managed to pick myself up in the middle and realized if I gave up then no diving for me in the Philippines. I've always been … Continue reading Certified Open Water Diver ~ yas
